So I finally got away for that fishing trip I have been promissing to take my dad on, who is visiting here from Poland. They dont have the kind of conditions that we have in Australia, where you can catch a 3 meter shark off the beach.
I have a secret spot I got to way down south near Esperance. Its a long drive, about 5 hours from Perth.
We drive off the main road, and four wheel it for about 7km to a secluded beach. Thats right, no accomodation, toilets etc just the ocean and the sand.
We collect massive tree roots and build a great fire that burns for 2 days non stop. That is where we sleep in our swags, come rain or shine, where we cook our fish and make our coffee.
